2016-2017
In September 2017, the company established Jiusi Enterprise Development Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in domestic trade of electroplating products.

2017-2018
In September 2017, to support domestic and foreign trade businesses, the company acquired Yunhong International Logistics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., which has now been renamed Shanghai Hefan Industrial Co., Ltd. It is mainly engaged in international cargo transportation and warehousing services by air, sea, and land, both domestically and internationally.

2018-2019
In February 2018, the company acquired Shanghai Jiusi Information Technology Co., Ltd., which is mainly engaged in network information technology, intelligent R&D, and provision of subsequent technical support services.

2020-2025
In 2020, Maoye Dou Catering Management Co., Ltd. was established. Starting with the first "Maotou Laodie" local cuisine restaurant in 2020, it has now developed 3 brands and 6 restaurants, becoming a well-known local cuisine chain brand in Shanghai.
In 2020, to facilitate customer engagement services for various subsidiaries of the group, Yanyang Interactive Multimedia Co., Ltd. was established. This company is mainly engaged in yacht sales and leasing businesses, as well as various business conferences, exhibitions, and reception projects.
